A day training on Empowering National Fish Processors and Traders' Association. It was a Regional Leadership and Advocacy training for Regional Executives from four Coastal Regions held at National Fisheries Association of Ghana (NAFAG HALL) on the 28th day of February, 2024. Coastal Regions of participants were Greater Accra Region, Central Region, Volta Region and Western Region.

EXECUTIVES TRAINING ON ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY AND LEADERSHIP STRENGTHENING OF NAFPTA, NATIONAL AND REGIONAL EXECUTIVE LEVELS, HELD AT MIKLIN HOTEL, SHIASHIE – EAST LEGON ON THE 30TH DAY OF MAY, 2023.
This training served as a platform to train National and Regional Executives on the key area of NAFPTA’s constitution then, these leaders will move on to socialize the constitution at their local levels, which will be a step in strengthening the weak association at their local and district levels.
There were fourteen (14) key leaders of the association from four Coastal Regions; Greater Accra, Central, Western and Volta Region with non - executive member who has been identified in the region to be active and capable of teaching members, which sums up to fifteen (15) participants with three resource persons.
The training was perfectly handled by Mr. Theophilus Boachie Yiadom, from Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) with his crew.
The resource person, Mr. Theophilus Boachie Yiadom stressed on NAFPTA’s constitution; the mission, vision, membership of the association, the name of the association and emphasized more on the key areas of the constitution.
There were a lot of illustrations and demonstration to find out how executives get the concept of their duties they perform in the association (NAFPTA).
